Project description
Construction of two ice rinks
Construction of a main ice rink with 8,500 seats, a secondary ice rink with 330 seats, an underground P+R parking lot with a capacity of up to 1,200 spaces, and 24,000 m² of activity spaces.
Additionally, approximately 18,000 m² of public spaces are planned in direct connection with the ice rink.

Neutral energy balance (Nearly Zero Energy Building) with THPE 2000 W requirements.
The roof is entirely covered with large photovoltaic tiles installed in scales (covering an area of 3,900 m²). In combination with the photovoltaic roof, the main ice rink also features 3,360 m² of green roofing, including 535 m² used as a vegetable garden for the Trèfle Blanc ice rink’s restaurants, and 1,750 m² of green roof for the activity building.
