Georges Lefevre Stadium

Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France

Project content

Project description

Complete renovation in 3 phases of the Georges Lefevre Stadium, while the site remained operational.

The renovation includes:

  • The rehabilitation of the old PSG association locker room building and the development of its surroundings
  • The demolition of the hangar
  • The restructuring of the two entrance buildings, maintaining the current program (technical rooms & ticket office + guardian’s T3 apartment & ticket office), and the development of its surroundings
  • The creation of a south entrance at the edge of the forest

Architectural and Landscape Approach
The entire site, including the fields and buildings, has been reimagined with a fully landscaped “English garden” concept, as desired by the project owner. The tree canopy is enhanced by emphasizing the current tree alignments. All the gaps between the fields are treated in a landscaped manner, ensuring a harmonious integration with the surroundings.
