Construction of a sports facility in Saint-Philbert-de-Grand-Lieu
The building is composed of 3 distinct volumes visible from the outside:
- The first volume, spread over two levels, faces the forecourt and houses shared reception areas on the ground floor, as well as the multi-purpose hall and the PPG (Physical Preparation for Sport) room on the upper floor.
- The second volume, open towards the stream to the west, contains the Multi-Sports Hall 1, which features a sports floor of 48.20 x 26.30 meters and 150 seats in the bleachers.
- The third volume, open towards the northern pathway, contains Multi-Sports Hall 2, also featuring a sports floor of the same dimensions. The sports complex is equipped with various annexes, including storage rooms, locker rooms, and restrooms.

Bioclimatic design
– Natural lighting of 300 lux in all sports practice areas, as well as lighting for all circulation spaces.
– Cross-ventilation in the 4 sports activity rooms.
– Green roofs installed on the lower volumes, and an underground tank for rainwater harvesting, to be reused for irrigation of outdoor spaces, cleaning, and flushing toilets.
– Extensive use of bio-based materials in the structure, interior finishes, and insulation.
