Construction in 2 phases of a Sports Complex

– Phase 1: Construction of a sports complex with 4 sports hubs:
A large multi-sport gymnasium (Type E) with 350 seats, measuring 48m x 26m, including a climbing wall with a departmental-level climbing area (SAE) of 24 linear meters and a bouldering room. The facility also includes a tatami/combats area (3 children’s combat areas, 2 adult combat areas, and 2 boxing rings), a weight room, and a dance/table tennis room, as well as a large gymnastics hall. The versatile gymnasium allows for the organization of sports or sports/entertainment events, such as hosting the following types of events: Boxing Gala for 1,200 people, Basketball match and show for 700 people, Hip Hop Battle for 900 people.

– Phase 2: Construction of a Type C gymnasium adjacent to the Type E gymnasium, along with a second tatami space
The facility will be accompanied by numerous ancillary spaces, including a clubhouse and association offices, storage rooms, changing rooms, and restrooms.
