Requalification of the Chantereyne Sports Complex
Comprehensive requalification of the Chantereyne sports site, located in the heart of the city, close to the port. Following this requalification, the site will include the following functional entities:
- The existing swimming pool
- The historic sports complex, fully renovated to host the Handball/Basketball/Weight Training areas, and a large multifunctional reception space
- A new building dedicated to the Dance/Judo area and the sports technical services
- All rehabilitated public spaces.

Environmental Quality
Bioclimatic design, natural lighting and ventilation, rainwater harvesting, site drainage at the plot level, use of raw and durable materials resistant to the marine atmosphere. All buildings are connected to the urban district heating network (60% renewable energy). Double-flow ventilation, LED lighting… The possibility of integrating 350 m² of photovoltaic panels on the southern side of the sheds.
