Modernization of the basketball complex

Design based on the existing Roger Lemaire hall, both in form and spirit, in its functionality and its connection to the SPORTICA entity. This allowed us to propose an independent operation for the different entities of the SPORTICA complex.

An efficient separation of public/sports flows from the entrance to the Roger Lemaire hall, as well as to the other activities within the complex, along with a modern redesign of the seating bowl, respecting current standards while maintaining the existing octagonal shape. The low-tier seating is preserved and adapted, and a new upper-tier seating area is created, forming a sports arena where the stands completely surround the playing field.

Modularity of the numerous reception spaces, which can also be used outside of match times.

The versatility of the playing area, primarily designed for basketball, but also suitable for handball and other sports, thanks to retractable bleachers that ensure perfect visibility regardless of the sport—basketball, handball, volleyball, gymnastics, martial arts, etc. Public access, lounges, and ticketing facilities.
