ONGOING CONSTRUCTION – LES SABLES D'OLONNE ARENA

The construction of the Arena of Les Sables d’Olonne continues to advance successfully. The different sections of the building, which will host both sports and cultural events, are beginning to take shape. The spaces are now clearly defined, offering a preview of the future layout of this multifunctional venue. The work is progressing at a steady pace, with several major milestones recently reached.

The beige concrete sails made from white cement have been installed
One of the key stages of construction was the installation of the beige concrete sails, made from white cement. These distinctive structures, which will give the Arena a modern and minimalist aesthetic, are now in place.

The entrance hall and bars take shape
In the large entrance hall, the installation of the concrete furniture marks a significant step in the interior layout of the Arena. These robust and modern architectural elements will contribute to the overall ambiance of the venue, harmonizing with the exterior aesthetic choices. The concrete bars have also been installed and outline the layout of the social spaces that will complete the visitor experience.

The main hall “Arena Stadium,” dedicated to major sporting events, is now well advanced
Designed to host major competitions, this hall impresses with its size and cutting-edge facilities. The glass guardrails and lighting fixtures have been installed. Their design, both functional and aesthetic, contributes to the unique atmosphere that will prevail during large events.

Delivery in two phases: June 2025 and 2026
This exceptional project is scheduled for delivery in two phases: the first phase, focused on the sports area, will be delivered in June 2025. The cultural section will be completed in 2026, marking the culmination of a comprehensive vision aimed at providing a high-quality facility for Les Sables d’Olonne and the surrounding region.
